We suggest you get a model with the "turbo frother." It makes frothing milk for your cappucinos so much easier. It does not have the ability to rotate and makes using more than one size coffee cup very difficult. Besides this the reviews seem to all state that these machines are very easy to use.

They are not the most expensive coffee makers and earlier models were not made with parts that were that sturdy. In the past this brand did not get high marks but the company seems to be doing their best to revamp their models and their image.

The new models are much more properly way and use high quality parts so they last a lot longer. There is a ready light on most models which makes it easy to gauge when you can serve your first cup.
